“alright, what about dem bald headed bitches right there”
Haha probly d best explanation on how to play chess i’ve ever heard!!!…..great scene 4rm a great show.
is it safe?
THIS IS THE BEST SCENE FROM SEASON ONE
I heard a bit like this explanmation of chess just now on a Ragga/Jungle stream at the intro of a tune and had to find it. This isn’t exactly the same explanation so I’m wondering if anyion knows the tune I’m talking of, And where I could find the original clip. Wanted to rip that for my pops. Is a major chess nut lol.
other than the oppening and mcnulty crying after kime got shot
best scene from season 1 also d’angelo talking about the nuggets was good
what bout the lil balled bitches?
D’Angelo: “The pawns, man, in the game…the pawns get capped quick”
Bodie: “Unless they some smart ass pawns”
I love the irony and foreshadowing of the show “pawns get capped quick” and little did we know that by the end of the seris all three are…
Bodie held on to every piece of wisdom and advice D gave him and he matured from a cocky foul angry teenager to the intelligent, loyal, reliable Bodie we grew to love and respect
It was no coincidence Bodie tells McNulty he’s nothing but a pawn in the same episode he gets killed.
i never said it was it seems you missed my whole point
“unless they some smart ass pawns” true
If I make it to the end…Im top dawg.
technically poot probably killed wallace!
what’s funny is that the actor who played d’angelo also played adam sandler’s friend in the waterboy
Classic scene from the greatest show of all time.
a real mans game
Respect from France ! best serie ever .

That’s why I love The Wire – I love all the callbacks and intertextualisation of the show, like in that episode where Randy says “I’ll take anyone’s money if they’re giving it away” and Clay Davis says exactly the same thing later on, and when Michael graduates into being Omar mark 2. The Wire creates a universe which is not only hyper real but also beautifully poetic.
dam…that’s true
yeah the wire is the shyt
BEST EVER SHOW !!!!
