the character in kung fu mahjong 3 is more quirky than the previous two…….he seems happy-go-lucky.

kang kang hu means in your hand have 4(singapore)/5(taiwan) sets of same tiles, e.g. dong dong dong ,nan nan nan, etc, and 1 pair of eyes. the important point is u need to self draw all the tiles. Everyone have to pay the max amount for juz a kang kang hu without counting the flowers and animals.

kang kang hu means all your sets are pongs/kongs (3 of a kind/4 of a kind). Except for the eye.
