Explores a couple of attacking chess games in the the Dutch Defence Stonewall variation opening (ECO A95). The Dutch Defence in general creates a very dynamic and tactical game for both sides of the board as the position is imbalanced very early in the opening. Feel free to visit my personal chess site at www.jrobichess.com for a variety buy prozac online of chess resources.

ive had many bad experiences with this opening as black. ive had many many draws because of the jammed up pawn structures.. even with lower rated players. but this vid was really interesting and instructive.
wow! absolutely brilliant second game!!!
WOW…wow……..wooooow….
jrobi, thanks for your videos they are really helpful. I used to play freestyle chess if you will but after having watched all your videos my game and rating have started to improve rapidly. Wanted to ask what program you were using. The interface look cool. Thanks!!!
BEAUTIFUL!!! I play the Dutch Stonewall regularly versus d4 and your review of the defense was excellent. The Polish Immortal game is also breathtaking! Thanks for the great video!
CHESSGASM XD
Brilliant (y)
That was crazy! That was completely crazy nuts
unbelievable! 4 pieces sacrificed! thanks jrobi. keep em coming!
The first game seems obscure. The Black player is FIDE unrated from Mozambique! I think Bg5 + g3 is not a good mix of strategies. Bg5 + e3 is probably more common.
4.Bg5 Be7 5.Bxf6 Bxf6 6.e4 is not a bad anti-Dutch system that leaves Stonewall territory. 4.Bg5 Bb4 is recommended by Simon Williams to avoid this possibility. I think the Stonewall is an effective combo with Classical Dutch systems with Bb4(+) against early c4 lines.
I hadn’t heard of the Polish Immortal Game. Nice combination.
Oops, I mean the White player. Utegaliyev appears to be the #1 Under 18 player in Kazakhstan.
awesome man but rly how did you upload a 20min vid?
At 15:47, when white played pawn to f4, couldn’t he instead play knight captures the pawn on E6 forking the queen and rook? Would that have been a good move? Is there something I’m not seeing? I guess the players just didn’t see it.
That will just let black get his queen into the mating sequence unfortunately. Thanks for checking out the vid!
wtf 18:13-19:50 how wud u ever come up with that? pure genius!
Hey…jrobichess, you should do video on the Stonewall attack. or the Dutch Attack that’s what it’s called.
@WeAreBorg359
there is bishop on C1 to take care of that fork
That bishop on c8 is blocked by the knight. And the bishop on C1 is one of white’s pieces anyway, so, what are you talking about exactly?
At 15:45, instead of playing f4, white could have forked the queen and rook, there would have been nothing to stop the fork. However, as Jrobi said, that would only allow the queen to get into the mating process. Correct me if I am wrong.
I wasn’t talking about the black knight forking the white king and queen and rook at 17:16 if that’s what ur talking about, because that’s the only way a bishop on c1 could intervene, I was talking about white’s knight at 15:47 forking the queen and rook. But again, Jrobi said it would be pointless because of black’s mating threat. And I see what he means.
I think you need to pay if you want to make the video over 10 minutes.
5:38 “lets see what chu got!” *sassily snaps fingers three times* lol l love that
at 13:34.
(note that this comes from a beginner)
Queen to h4?
the second game was an incredible game of chess. Never seen anything like it
What if B x Nf6 and Black x back with Q. It would appear that the dutch idea is fairly trashed. What then?
amazing thinking
in the first game i think a very good move is 4…h6!
the bishop has to take than the queen takes and than after later Bd6 and Nd7 (after d5 and c6 of course) your position is very good
